Eddie and I took a little trip out to LA to see friends

 Last week we went to Los Angeles to see friends who were around. We then drove home on Tuesday at 2PM, and it took over 3 hours. We remembered why we did not like that drive.

Wildflower Time

 It was a nice, wet winter, and the wildflowers are blooming. We took John and Sue and wandered through.

An interesting Slot Canyon Hike in Anza Borrego

Ed heard of a slot canyon in the Anza Borrego State Park, and we went on the hike with John and Sue.

It was a really cool hike that got super narrow in parts. Kind of a science hike that was nifty.

Ed meets Dawn from Junior High at a Golf Tournament

Ed heard from Dawn, a long time friend, that she and her husband would be out at PGA West for an American Express Golf Tournament in January. We went down and visited, it was lovely.

For two people that hadn't seen each other in 35+ years, they got on easily.

Kauai W/ John and Sue #1

 We spent the last week of January with John and Sue in Kauai. There were phenomenal beaches and a good time with them.

We visit Anza Borrego with Jocelyn

 We got some early wildflowers while Joc was out here, and we took a trip down to Anza Borrego to see them.
